Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Roasting Gond
- Heat a heavy-bottomed pan and add ghee.
- Once the ghee is melted, add gond and roast it until it puffs up. This may take around 10 minutes on low heat.
- Remove the roasted gond from the pan and keep it aside to cool.

- In the same pan, add more ghee.
