  • - 2 tablespoons melon seeds
  • - 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • - 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • - 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Step 1: Roasting the Ingredients
- Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
- Add edible gum (gond) and fry until it puffs up. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, roast the whole wheat flour until it turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma.
- Add melon seeds, poppy seeds, and chopped nuts. Continue roasting until the nuts are golden.
Step 2: Combining the Ingredients
- Grate the fried edible gum into the mixture.
- Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, fennel seeds, and desiccated coconut. Mix well.
Step 3: Adding Sweetness
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then add powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
