Step-by-Step Cooking Guide:
Step 1: Prepare the Green Chutney.
- In a blender, combine coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger, and garlic.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Add salt and lemon juice, and season to taste.
- Set aside the green chutney.
Step 2: Prepare the potato filling.
- Heat the oil in a skillet, then add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the turmeric and cumin powders and mix well.
- Add the diced tomatoes and simmer until soft.
- Combine the boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Cook for 5 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
- Remove from the heat and set aside.

- Take one slice of bread and smear butter on one side.
